The 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show has kickstarted, and globally renowned car manufacturers have revealed their new vehicles. Bentley, the ultra luxury carmaker unveiled the new Continental GT V8 S at the event. The luxury car is available in both coupe and convertible forms, and features an uprated version of Bentley's twin-turbo, 4.0-litre engine that now develops 521bhp and 680Nm of top torque together with suspension modifications and new exterior and interior features. The company also unveiled the flagship Mulsanne and the all-new four door sedan Flying Spur.

Suzuki iV-4 Compact SUV Revealed

Suzuki Motor Corporation that teased the iV-4 Concept compact SUV ahead of the IAA Frankfurt Motor Show, has now officially unveiled the vehicle at the event. The iV-4 concept reminds us of the XA Alpha concept unveiled at the Indian Auto Expo in 2012, as the both the concepts share the design cues, also both are compact SUVs. However there is no official confirmation on the launch of the iV-4 in India, we believe it'll be a great product for the market like us where Compact SUV segment is on rise.

Jeep introduces 2014 Wrangler Dragon Edition- North America

At the last year's Beijing International Automotive Exposition, the Jeep brand introduced a unique Wrangle Dragon Design Concept, which had received an excellent response from the crowd. On the heels of the positive, Jeep introduces the new 2014 Wrangler Dragon Edition. It will be a limited-production special edition, available in showrooms in North America this fall.

Based on the Jeep Wrangler Sahara, the Dragon Edition has several unique exterior and interior styling cues. Available only in Black and as a four-door unlimited model, the vehicle features Bronze Satin Gloss trim inside and out. The Jeep Wrangler Dragon Edition is priced at $36,095. (INR 2311884.75)

Mahindra has quietly introduced a few updates to the Thar to improve some of the niggles that customers complained about. The first and most important update is a new cross bar between the A- and B-pillar that improves body rigidity. German luxury auto major Audi has today launched a more powerful version of the A4 saloon with Audi Drive Select for Rs 31.74 lakh (ex-showroom, Mumbai). The company that discontinued the 2.0 TDI 141bhp version of the car, now has added this variant to the line-up, which is capable of churning out the maximum power output of 174bhp. The company claims this vehicle to touch the 0-100kmph mark in mere 7.9 seconds. The variant impresses with its mileage figure as well, it returns an impressive 17.11kmpl. Audi Drive Select offers Comfort mode for relaxed city driving, Dynamic mode for highway driving, Auto mode for speed dependent driving and Individual mode as per customer’s choice (available only on Technology Grade).

Japanese auto major Toyota's Indian subisidary Toyota Kirloskar Motor has now introduced the Etios and Etios Liva Xclusive edition in India to celebrate the Etios brand's second anniversary edition in the country. The company has said that only 1000 such units will be sold across the country.
